You’ve spent months, maybe years, planning the perfect celebration – and now? The best thing to do is pass on the responsibility to me, sit back and enjoy.

This way you’ll be able to fully relax – safe in the knowledge that I’m working in the background, ensuring everything you organised is running smoothly. 

  • Initial call to talk through plans and ideas
  • Handover approximately 8 weeks before the party starts
  • Timeline creation
  • Set up support (ideally at the venue the day before)
  • On the day coordination from start to finish. I’ll make sure everyone gets home safe.

My approach is warm and enthusiastic and I always give my honest opinion. I think the best relationships are built on open discussions and regular feedback and no comment or question would be too much or sound stupid.

I’m a sentimental person and I will hug you! I will laugh with you and, more than likely, I will well up at some point during your wedding. 

But for all that, I can be firm and I will stand my ground if you need me to. I approach problems logically and have the ability to switch from laughter to crisis mode in an instant.


I strive to be bold, kind and supportive and you can trust me to do what it takes to make any crazy plans a reality.
